Celtic Insurance Company contracts with Preferred Provider Organizations (PPOs) to utilize their network of health care providers and hospitals for Celtic's PPO health benefit plans. The Preferred Provider Organizations support their clients by developing standards to determine network adequacy and accessibility. These standards are contained in an Access Plan, which is available upon request.
